We deliver software, equipment, outsourcing, and services - ensuring the highest level of expertise, maintenance, and support.As a member of the ASEE Group, the leading IT provider in Southeast Europe in terms of revenue from proprietary software and services, Payten operates at the forefront of technological excellence.In Payten Bosnia and Herzegovina, we are expanding our operations and delivering high-quality services to our clients efficiently and in line with the highest Payten standards.We are currently looking for a responsible and professional individual to join us in the role of Junior System Engineer.As a Junior System Engineer in our Software Support team, you will be:- Installation and improvement of simple ATM/POS system solutions (hardware and software) in accordance to defined project(s)/contract(s)/CR's / SLA.
- Participates in establishing of the system environment by configuring and optimizing the system in line with system standards and client's requirements.
- Provides maintains and appropriate level of technical support of systems, monitors, troubleshoots and resolves simple issues and problems to ensure system availability, reliability and fulfill requirements according to the specification and project plan/ SLAs.
- Participates in monitoring and testing of system performance to ensure systems meet documented user requirements.
- Elaborate and continuously update the documentation for the product/projects.About youExperience:- 2+ desirableSkills:- Good communication skills; Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks; Well organized and detailed; Critical thinking; Problem solving;
