PLANET S.A. as a leader of the Consortium consisting of PLANET S.A., DT GLOBAL, ALTAIR and BK PLUS has taken over to execute the implementation of the Project “EU For Public Administration Reform (EU4PAR), Bosnia and Herzegovina” with Service Contract Number 2023 / 447 386.About the projectThe overall objective of the project according to the Terms of Reference is to contribute to the implementation of public administration reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina.Its specific objectives are as follows:1. to improve the policymaking and planning system;2. to improve the overall organization of public administration by improving accountability lines;3. to upgrade capacities of PARCO and PAR structure for a better steering of the Action Plan implementation, monitoring, strategic guiding of PAR process in line with the requirements of the accession process;4. to increase the knowledge of the EU integration process and role of public administration reform in it among the population in Bosnia and Herzegovina.Services to be provided by the Junior expert:

Logistical support according to requests of KE-s, support the legal analysis and legal drafting through data collection, interviews, moderation of focus groups discussions on the proposed amendments, preparation of reports, supplying indicators/collecting evidence on the potential implementation effects.
Support the preparation and communication of guidelines and internal rules and procedures according to requests of KE-s.

RequirementsQualifications and skills

University degree
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to work in multicultural environment
Ability to work independently and in a team
Fully computer literate
Knowledge of the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina

General professional experience

At least 5 years of professional experience.

Specific professional experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in technical assistance and capacity building activities.
Experience in International projects in BiH will be an asset.
