- Accountable for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, incentive and budgeting proposals, employment formalities, etc.
- Manpower planning, profiling and acquisition in close coordination with Department Heads and according to business needs
- Onboarding and off-boarding of employees
- Manage the annual performance appraisal, salary review and reward process
- General HR administration
- Prepare monthly HR reports & reports for management review
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local legal requirements
- Support the Line Management by providing counsel, analyzing information and applications on all human resources related issues to prepare the organization for future growth
- 3 or more years of working experience in HR operations; generalist role/s being preferred
- University education in social sciences is preferred
- Working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management is preferred
- Active usage of English language (min. B2 level)
- Strong knowledge of Employment regulations
- Computer literacy
