🌟 Exciting Opportunity: Join EMEA People Operations Team as a People Operations Generalist! 🌟Are you passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture? If so, we have the perfect role for you!Employee Journey: Support employees and managers in any phase of Employee Journey, ensuring smooth transitions and positive experiences, together in collaboration with POP Business Partners and Talent AcquisitionEmployee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing guidance on POP policies, procedures, and benefits. Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Maintain and update POP policies and procedures. Educate employees on POP policies and procedures.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, including personnel files, timekeeping, payroll information and POP databases. Process POP-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, terminations, and promotions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with employees and other departments such as Legal and FinanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or a related field2+ years of experience in the HR Area, preferably in an international companyExcellent knowledge of the English language (knowledge of additional language is a plus)Infobip employees are people with diverse backgrounds, characteristics, and experiences that share the same passion and talent that helps us achieve our mission.
